You understand and agree that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all transaction details, including the payment amount, the correct cryptocurrency, and the destination wallet address. BTCSTORE.FUN is not responsible for any loss of funds due to incorrect or incomplete transaction information provided by you.

• Exchange Rates: Cryptocurrency exchange rates are dynamic and subject to fluctuations. The exchange rate applied to your transaction will be locked in at the time of transaction confirmation by the payment processor. We are not responsible for any discrepancies that may arise from changes in exchange rates after the transaction has been initiated but before confirmation.
• Transaction Fees: You are responsible for any network transaction fees (gas fees) associated with your cryptocurrency payment. These fees are separate from the product price and are paid directly to the cryptocurrency network.

Due to the nature of our custom-made products and the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, BTCSTORE.FUN generally operates under a strict no-refund policy for completed purchases. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will address specific issues as outlined below.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. To initiate a claim, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage. Upon verification, BTCSTORE.FUN will, at its sole discretion, either:

• Replace the defective or damaged item with a new one of the same model, provided stock is available.
• Issue store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item, which can be used for future purchases on BTCSTORE.FUN.
• In rare cases, offer a refund in the original cryptocurrency, subject to a restocking fee and current exchange rates as detailed below.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item at our expense and promptly ship the correct item to you, provided it is available. If the correct item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund as per our discretion.

Conditions for Returns/Replacements

• All claims must be made within the specified 7-day period from the delivery date.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable, and in unused condition.
• BTCSTORE.FUN reserves the right to deny any return or replacement request if the item does not meet the specified conditions or if the defect/damage is determined to be a result of misuse or neglect by the customer.

Cryptocurrency Refunds

For approved refunds, all reimbursements will be issued in the original cryptocurrency used for the purchase. The refund amount will be calculated based on the cryptocurrency's exchange rate against USD at the time the refund is processed, not at the time of the original transaction. Please be aware that due to cryptocurrency price volatility, the refunded amount in fiat currency may differ from the original purchase price. A 10% restocking fee may be applied to all approved cryptocurrency refunds to cover processing and administrative costs.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process and appear in your wallet, depending on blockchain network congestion and your wallet provider.

To access certain features of BTCSTORE.FUN, you may be required to create a user account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.
